3-INGREDIENT Baby Pancakes ???? Quick, low mess, easy to pick up and perfect for baby led weaning ✅ Bub will love the soft texture and delicious taste while getting a boost of vitamin C from our Apple, Pear and Banana pouch!

– Little Etoile Organic’s Apple, Banana & Pear pouch
– Eggs
– Self-raising flour
– Oil/Butter
– Fruit of your choice


Making the batter:

  • Pour 1 whole pouch of Little Etoile Organic’s Apple, Banana & Pear pouch into a bowl
  • Add 1 egg
  • Add ½ cup of self-raising flour
  • Mix them all together until all the ingredients are combined
  • Lightly grease the frying pan with your choice of oil or butter. Keep the pan on low-medium heat, and drop spoonful’s of batter onto the pan to form your small pancakes
  • After 5minutes, flip the pancakes and let them cook for another 3-4minutes (Both sides should be a golden-brown colour)
  • Lastly, add some fruit of your choice (we recommend strawberries)
