Chia Pudding recipe using LEO Did you know that chia seeds are SUPER healthy and easy to prepare? They are high in protein, full of omega-3s and packed with fibre!
Follow along this recipe and add your favourite fruits and Little Étoile pouch. This is also meal-prep friendly which means less fuss in the kitchen – who doesn’t love that?
– Chia seeds
– Coconut milk
– Little Etoile Organic Apple, Banana & Pear Pouch
– Yoghurt and fruit of your choice
- Combine 2tbsp of chia seeds and ¼ cup of coconut milk
- Add a squeeze of Little Etoile Apple, Banana, & Pear pouch
- Mix the ingredients thoroughly together until it’s all combined
- Refrigerate overnight
- Add some yoghurt and fresh fruit (of your choice), and squeeze some more of Little Etoile Organic’s Apple, Banana & Pear pouch on top
